Hello,

I've had a problem for a couple of days and I wonder if it's connected with servers' issues or I have something else.

I've got moodle on my website theenglishcorner.x10.mx and in moodle you have the option to import materials from other courses which I'd been using successfully many times. But now when I try to imort something, there's a blank white screen and it seems as though the script file didn't not exist. But when I go to cPanel (file manager) it seems that there is such a file in a backup folder of moodle folder (though being sort of IT-bimbo I can't be sure).

I'd really appreciate if someone could give me advice on that.

by "servers' issues" I assume they are with the current servers software update

But now when I try to imort something, there's a blank white screen and it seems as though the script file didn't not exist.

If the file did not exist the server would throw a [ 404 file not found ] error - not a blank white screen

A blank white screen - quite often - is from a PHP script with some sort of error

Look in folder [ public_html ] for a file named [ error_log ] - it might help if is there

While I have not used Moodle in a long time - I think it has error logs

You might get better support for that error - in this other forum --> http://x10hosting.com/forums/scripts...s-programming/
