can acces cpanel i think my ip got blocked

hello i got this issue when trying to acces cpanel: This site can’t provide a secure connectionx15.x10hosting.com sent an invalid response. Try running Windows Network Diagnostics. ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR i browsed forum and think that my ip was blocked due several incorrect login attemps

What is the domain? login to x10hosting.com/panel look for error code.
