If you really wanna be very advanced, you can also add a script and use GOOGLE ANALYTICS to get some neat info on the visitors, in addition to a visible counter of course

or you could write one yourself... I have perl code for a very basic one... statcounter works great though and as previously mentioned it tracks all sorts of stuff and you can view all kinds of neat reports

I know this reply might be out of date, but I'm new to x10 and still getting used to the stuff on cPanel. There is a counter available there under "Free Cgi Scripts", I think it's called, you can customize it to match the layout of your page's theme.
