can anyone send emails? i cant...

im using Windows Live Mail, i can receive emails but cannot send them. i had this same problem on previous web host!

havnt uploaded Joomla! yet
its still there from previous host?!?!? wow, wasnt expecting this, all my cPanel things have come from previous host including Joomla! but the statistics are right for this host

fixed: ISP was blocking port for all mail servers except their own
solution: ask ISP to unblock port, or even simpler: use their mail server to send emails
