Can I display adv link to other web hosting.

My website is using free database hosting from http://free-mysql.bizhostnet.com/step1.html, but they ask me display a small adv in my website first. Can I do that?

The adv same as below:

I don't see any problem with having that displaying on your site since it's required. Though, if you want, you could try using your free 2 databases your free hosting account instead, and then you won't have a requirement to have ads in your site.

Also, you need to provide an easy to find link to a manual translation of your site in one of the three required languages: English, Spanish, or French. You can still have your primary language on your main site so long as you also do the manual translation.
