What's the point of having an open forum if you slam the door in peoples face without giving anyone a chance to respond?

Given that the site in question was also reported as having been spamvertised, which we do not tolerate, the suspension is indeed permanent and cannot be lifted. This is not a suspension that is able to be disputed further, as indicated in the reply.

Trolls lied to you about it being spamvertised by report bombing the site so you tolerate and give in to lies and trolls and by permanently banning people for no reason when you have no evidence. The suspension is able to be disputed further. I'm disputing it right now. There was no chance to dispute or appeal false accusations of "illegal content" or "spamvertising" at all.

I had no chance to defend myself against trolls of it being "spamvertised". I never spamvertised. I only told people. What's the point of having a website if telling anyone about it is considered "spam"? Ban everyone who spamvertises youtube as well. They don't need anymore people.

"illegal content" can mean anything. What illegal content? Really illegal or "against the rules"? "borderline adult content" isn't illegal.

The suspension should be lifted because the reasons for suspension are false and the accusations of "borderline adult content" and it being "spamvertised" were given no chance to appeal.

I wasn't told the reasons I was suspended so I couldn't appeal them

As was already stated before, the appeal was indeed denied. I'm unclear on the "report bombed" part of what you're claiming as well; the site was not, in fact, report bombed. A single report came in, the account was reviewed, adult material was found on the account (which our Terms of Service does indeed state we do not allow), and the account was suspended for the combination of spamvertising/adult material. The appeal was actually reviewed, but denied on the basis that content was indeed present on the account that violates the Terms of Service. The inability to appeal a second time is due to the account having already been appealed and confirmed as a valid suspension.

As this is now the third time the appeal has been denied, this ticket, and the issue at hand, are closed. The account cannot be unsuspended.
