Can i get my old site back?

I been without Internet and haven't been able to log in every month to keep my account active.
I'm back on now but dont see any option to restore.

So I resigned up. and the way things look in cpanel. way my databases and file paths are named. it would suggest my things maybe still on but cant get to them. any way to get them back?

i post here because there was no Appeal option.

If your original account was suspended and then terminated, there is no way to get the contents back.
