Can I Give members there own Blogs?

Am I allowed to put some kind of script on my site to alow my users to create there own blog? I know I'm not allowed to offer like free websites or anything but I'm not sure about blogs...

And If I am allowed to do this does anyone know of a script to use for this??

My website is a Video game website and to offer users there own blog would fit very well this way they could post blogs about there feelings on certain games etc.

No. You're not allowed to host scripts that offer that kind of services. You can't offer Blogs, Forums, etc.

Im confused now.... Do you mean CGI scripts??

Do you mean offering users there own forums?

Because I used The Fantastico feature on my Cp to install phpbb on my site and I got approved for the upgraded php so I was aloud to do that.

You mean I just and Offer users There own stuff rite? But I can have my own blog and my own forum on my site..?

Sorry if I didn't expressed correctly.
You can have your own forum, blog, etc.
But you can't offer users to sign-up for forums, blogs, etc.

ok Im still alittle confused lol Im sorry I must be dense..

Ok I have phpbb installed on my site now I can allow users to sign up for the forums so they can post rite I mean because they have to to post...

But I cant have any moderators besides me or something?

Or I just cant give out users there own forums, blogs, etc...?

You can have your own forum, and you can have members signup to it to post. You can also have moderators and administrators for YOUR forum.

What you can't do is make a website that offers services for people to signup for their OWN forum, blog, etc.

I feel really dumb but I wanted to make sure I understood so I didnt break any rules and get in trouble.

Can you give me a link to all the rules for the free hosting please? I would like to look over it incase I have any more questions so I dont have to post questions like this as much.
