Dear x10 Hosting, as I remember if I do not access my account within 14 days it will be marked as inactive my question is, if I access the cpanel trough http://mydomain.com:2082 it will count and reset the timer or I have to access trough the x10 community login. Best Regards,
Can i hold on to the account by only accessing cpanel?

You have to log in to your account portal ( http://x10hosting.com/portal/? ) at least once every 30 days. That is the only thing that counts under the current activity policy.
