Can I run python?

I thought that Python was available on x10hosting. I couldn't find where it said that but I found a forum post that said it is available in the illuminated upgrade. This forum post was from 2009 so I'm not sure if Python is available for free now. Please let me know. If not, then let me know of any free hosts that support Python.
