can i switch to ad free? because im having problem with the ads..
ads make my site slow...

You will have to back up your site and have a staff member terminate it (go to upgrades downgrades and changes)
Then you will have to create a new account with ad free

Yes. As stated, make sure you save what you want to save.
Post a message in the Upgrades / Downgrades area requesting an account termination. Once this has been done, you are welcome to sign up for a new account.
