Can log in, but site returns nothing, cpanel doesn't work, ftp doesn't - please help

I have created and linked an account, and have logged in (this is an ad-free account). My account page says that everything is working fine, but when i click on the link to my site (at http://officebook.x10hosting.com), it says "firefox cannot find page", and the same for cpanel.

I was also wondering how you work out your login credentials (I am using FileZilla).
