Can not acces round cube webmail

I am getting below pasted error while accessing round cube web mail account help me in this regard

DATABASE ERROR: CONNECTION FAILED!

Unable to connect to the database!
Please contact your server-administrator.

who is server-administrator? whom I have to contact if you cant help? Help Me !!!

Roundcube and Horde are not working right now. Squirrelmail is working.

I am sure staff is aware of the issues with Roundcube and Horde but I have no idea when they may start working again. It has been like that for awhile. Maybe somebody will check about post about it.
