Can not access Cpanel

I can not access cpanel, when I try I get a "Login Attempt Failed!" error. I know my information is correct:

Server: Chopin
user : kreisz87
pass : CLEARED

Your ticket should NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER contain your password. Change it from your account panel IMMEDIATELY - it was posted to a public forum for roughly 5 minutes.

sorry, my bad... I thought it was a support ticket to admins, not a forum topic... 0_o

Apologies; that came out -way- harsher than I intended for it to now that I look back at it.

In any case we actually never need the pass; we have a master password we can use if we absolutely have to get into an account, although we usually don't need to.

If you've reset your password, does it work now? Or is it still blocking you out?
