Can not access website

My website domain: thecomputerforum.co.uk

Cpanel: comphelp

Details:

When i try to access my website it opens a spanish datacenter called EHD Netows and it says somthing in spannish. I can not access cpanel or ftp and my mail server is not working.

It would suggest to me that someone has entered your domain name in their control panel.

i have found out that it is my domain thecomputerforum.co.uk that is not working as i created computerforums.x10hosting is working

they don't exsist when you seach google

They do exist! http://ehd.com.br, but for example, but for example, you could probably add www.microsoft.com, but without the name servers pointing here it would be a waste.. but if you deleted your domain for a bit, and someone noticed, they could potentially have added it to their account.

You would need someone else to look at whos got the domain and find out whats gone on

I have never deleted my domain from my account i can not contact them with the e-mail they provide as they are from brazil

Hello, when you enter our name servers, do you need to enter the IPs? As they seem to be wrong for ns1 and ns2.

i have set ips for 74.86.133.24 witch is the shared ip in cpanel
