I have both forum and hosting accounts. The two accounts use the same email.
I thought they were linked, but they are actually not.
I tried creating link between them at
https://x10hosting.com/control/?account&vb
I got the following message after I input my forum name and password:
Invalid forum username supplied.
You currently do not have a forum account linked forum account. You may create a new account here.
The name and password were correct. I was told they were wrong. Is there any bug in X10hosting?
I tried a few times, got the same results.
When I tried to creat a new forum account, it show the following message:
The email address stored under the client account is already is use on our forums.
How can I creat a link between forum and hosting account?
My hosting account: nvhub
My forum account: cars
My forum account name it less than 5 letters. Is it the reason that I was told invalid username?
