can not ftp to ftp.flamedash.co.cc

Well i can not ftp to ftp.flamedash.co.cc. Here is my error:


Status: Resolving address of ftp.flamedash.co.cc
Status: Connecting to 211.63.185.157:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Response: 421 Service not available.
Error: Could not connect to server

I think it is a dns error. In co.cc i have the right name server, i think.
I am using Filezille.

Thanks still can not ftp and the chopin ftp server should be back on. Same error.
