Can not link hosting account.

Hello, maybe somebody can help me.:happysad:
I signed up yesterday by x10hosting and now trying to login in cpanel.
When i put my Username, i get the message.
"An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist."

I have tried several times and it does not work ...(((

I thikn you're trying to log in in the http://x10hosting.com/account

Here you must log in with your forum user and password.

Maybe you don't have your account linked yet, which is your cPanel name?

I can login in x10hosting account (using the forum login and password), but as i signed in for the first time yesterday, system asks me to "link account", i get this message:
(In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account.
Please enter your cPanel username below, you will receive an E-mail with further instructions. Be sure to have the same E-mail address registered with your cPanel account that your forum account has!).

When i put my usename, i get the message that it does not exist.
(could it be a problem that i have the same username for forum and hosting account?? - Dagny) ?

I tried to create account again but it says it exist already.

I hope i described the problem pretty clear (sorry for my english).

I registered on February, the 5th.
After that i got the email and yes, i clicked the confirmation link.
I can login in x10hosting account but just after i login and try to access the cPanel i get the message (window) to "Link your hosting account" where i should put my account Username.

And here comes a problem - when i put my username and click at "link hosting account", i get the message:
"An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist."

And i can not do anything with it( :happysad:

I have looked for the user name dagny in the accounts. I do not see it. Have you received the confirmation email and the email with account details in it?

You will not be able to until the account has been created. That is why i asked if you have received both emails.

I just got word from Corey that he had to pause account creations until the cPanel update is complete. This is why your account does not show up in the panel. Please allow for the cPanel update to finish and then you will receive the email you need to log into cPanel and link accounts.

i got the email with subject "x10Hosting - Ad-Free Hosting Account Confirmation"

with following text: "Thank you for signing up with x10Hosting! You are almost done with the signup process. Please click the link below to confirm your signup and email address."

With a link.

I click the link and was redirected to x10hosing web site..

After that i did not get any emails.

I can login with this Username.

I tried to create again the account with the same Username but get the message, something like this "you have already account. Use it".

Do not know what should i do ...:happysad:

Don't create multiple accounts. I have just explained to you why your account has yet to be created.
