Can not log in to cPanel?

I can not currently log into cPanel.

I do not know if I am using the wrong password but I have tried all the passwords I have used on this forum and the actual site. I would appreciate it if you could either retrieve my password or set a new one and email please? TheRecarnation@hotmail.com

Ok, i will try to tell it to GamingX an Account Manager. But you can change your email in the Account Management section. First login in the main site which is x10hosting.com then when you are in your Account Management Panel change your email using the form you will find below. You can also change your password in there... If this does not solve reply back to me.

You can reset your account's password through the account panel located at http://x10hosting.com/account

Let me know if this works for you. If not, we can reset your password manually.

It is still not working.

And I did change my password twice to make sure and it still wouldn't work.

Also here are my details:

Account Username:hbftw

cPanel URL:http://hellbound.elementfx.com:2082
Hosting Type:Ad-Free
Advertisements:None Required
Disk-Space Allotment:300 MB
Bandwidth Allotment:10000 MB
Features:cPanel 10+, MySQL, PHP 5+, CGI, FTP
PHP VersionHP 5.2.4 - Basic, Default - (What is this?)

It says hbftw as my username, which is different to my site login. It is supposed to my cPanel user, i think.

For some reason the cPanel update last night deleted all the www. alias entries for the domains on the server. I'm going to recompile Apache to see if this will bring them back.

That may be the reason, this seems to be the only conclusion at the moment in my perspective.

The problem seems to have been solved. Try again to login to your cPanel using the username HBFTW and the password that you have set.

IT is still not working......

Could you maybe just manually set my cPanel User and Pass and email it to me (refer to other post for email) or just set it to the same as my login user and pass.

Have you ever been able to login to cPanel? If not, can you forward me your hosting welcome Email (corey[@]x10hosting.com). If you have been able to before I'll need to fix some things on your account.

Try another browser, likes FireFox, Avant Browser, may be it will work

Ok I have the same problem as Hell Bound. I have tried changing my password but the cPanel authentication would still return Login Failed. My username is "Mister". Please look into this matter.
