My username is 'mearth'. I can log into the account panel and the forum but I can not log into Cpanel (using same username/password as the account panel and forum). I thought all the passwords were set to the same. Can anyone advise what is wrong?

Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "update password". There you can change your password. put forums password in "Current Password" field.
Note: After this process, password for your client account, cPanel, and forums will become same.
After that try login to cPanel again by doing these steps
Go to https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and login with forums username and password. Then Click on "View Details" right after your cPanel Name on the main page.
The details of your hosting account are shown on this page. Click on "Login to cPanel" button.
