Can not log into cpanel

Hello,

I'm having a problem logging into cpanel. I can see my website just fine but when I go to cpanel it doesn't allow me to log in.
I am also able to log into the Account Management screen just fine. I tried the password reset and never received the email.
My management info screen shows the following.
