can not open website

When I try to open my website www.bdinfo.exofire.net , I get an error message saying: "The requested URL could not be retreived. Connection to 74.86.133.24 Failed".

I can not Import files to Front Page either.

Please help me. As i have said before, I am using this site for college applications. I need this fixed ASAP
