Can not renew my Prime upgrade

How do I renew my Prime upgrade ?

We are currently revamping our Prime and Illuminated packages.

We plan to reintroduce the upgrades by midsummer, 2013.

You can in your control panel, please login to cPanel. Click Account Settings, then click Account Support. There you are able to renew your package, however I do notice that the package upgrading itself if you click on any of them besides x10premium it does show that its being revamped.

I would also like to upgrade but can't .... for a long time now.
