Can only access my site through Proxy!

Hi all!

Domain:
www.lords.x10hosting.com/forum

It's not working for me, nor my friends i Norway. But through proxy like: www.hidemyass.com I am able to access my site.

What can be the problem?
When I'm writing "tracert lords.x10hosting.com" - the black dialog box pops up and suddenly disappears.

Here are my cpanel stats:

And in my profile it says "Exim = offline" . But don't think it have anything with this to do.

Please help me and 50-100 others which rely on this site!

Either way, blocked or not, you're site is not in English and that is against our TOS, I will give you 24 hours before I suspend it, so you can move your files to another host. Hurry!

It is impossible for me to backup my files without having access to it!?

Please, I can change the language. But let me first take the full backup - which I can't atm because I cant get in!

Well, you need to change the forum's language as well as the posts. The whole site needs to be in either English, Spanish or French. Also, Norway is blocked, that's why you can't access.

EDIT: Can you unblock my IP range so I can copy everything from the FTP?

My site can only be viewed via a proxy too.

Not opening but in a proxy site BrowseOrkut.com or any other proxy it's opening fine...any server problem..my acc. is unsuspended

I added the Norway IP range to the allow list. It will take 30-60 minutes to update on all our servers.

Is Indian IP range among blocked ones..pls unblock me/my site or whatso ever..sometimes i can accessdirectly..but sometimes gives error n i can successfully access via proxy...

I'm having the same problem with my site cpclist.x10hosting.com from United States ips. It just started happening this morning. It's not happening from all computers, but I know the ones that it is happening from don't have it blocked because I accessed it from them just yesterday.
