Can park but not addon my domain

I have redirected my GoDaddy nameservers, but I can only park my website and not add it on as a separate domain. What am I doing wrong?

Are you using x10Hosting Basic or the Full cPanel?

Are you getting error messages? Can't find a feature to use your domain as add on?
