I just registered email for my subdomain.
I am using webmail from cPanel (roundcube/squirrelmail).
When I send email to any external address, the email is delivered. However on sending email from external address, I can't receive it in my subdomain email.
Email server : xo3.x10hosting.com
Additionally, email forwarders to the same email id is working just fine.
Kindly help in sorting the issue.
