Can send e-mail but not receive

This is the first time I've tried sending e-mails to my e-mail account: belltown@belltown.x10hosting.com but none of the e-mails appear to have been received. However, I can send e-mails from this account successfully using the webmail programs in cPanel. Is there anything else I need to do to my account to enable e-mails to be received?

The web interfaces to the mail accounts inboxes are hosed and have been for awhile.

cPanel --> FileManager
Up one level above public_html to /home/YourCPanelUsername
Open Mail directory
Open directory for belltown@belltown.x10hosting.com
Open directory new
Received emails should be in order, oldest to newest
Open in Editor or download to your computer.
