Hey, ok, so now, I have just not been able to come up with something to make. You may think that this is odd, it is just I want to code something. Will someone give me an idea of something to code, or, if you are coding something in C#, and want some help, just as me. Thanks.

Port scanners are not illegal. You can dwnld them from legal companies. It's what you use it for that's illegal/legal.

Let me get this straight. You're saying that it is illegal to MAKE a port scanner. But its not illegal to use one?

No, port scanning is illegal, in every way possible. The process of actually programming one though is not illegal, as long as it's not used..

Here is the creating port scanners (like most hacking software) is said to be created for "self-protection" use, or, scanning youself to make sure you are protected. Creating a virus, killing computers, port scanning, etc, are all ILLEGAL unless you do it to your own computer, or to someone who says it is ok to do it to theirs.
