Can\'t access website via IP address

I can\'t browse to my website via the IP address, I am assuming this is because it\'s shared hosting and so it doesn\'t know what website to go to. I am trying to achieve redirection with the hosts file to my website, is this possible on free hosting? Or will I have to upgrade to premium hosting (If it works there).

The only way to be able to access your website via its IP address is to either get a dedicated IP on premium hosting or a VPS. Due to how our servers are setup, any sort of shared IP configuration (on free or premium) will not work in terms of accessing your site.

Does a dedicated IP cost more ontop of premium? And if so how much? (I can't load the order page for some reason, it's just blank).

Additional IPs normally cost an extra 1 dollar per month, 10 dollars per year, or 20 dollars biannualy on top of premium, unless you order premium for 3 years at a time, in which case it would be free for one dedicated IP.
