How is possible that running a moodle instalation runs out of the limit os system resources? How can I superseed this?

To start with,it is not an impossibility.
You may get suspended especially for those buggy wordpress plugins/modules and some joomla components.
Try installing/configuring on your desktop server first.
Then upload.
