The reason given for your suspension is:

Have you been using a mass mailing script?
Have a forum that might send out a lot of notifications to members?
Have a "contact us" form without captcha that might have been hijacked?

If you have not intentionally sent a lot of emails, you must agree to work with the admins to pinpoint the problem.

ADD/EDIT: Sorry. Just went by what the system showed here. It says your site suspended, but the link does show that it is now up. As stpvoice points out, there might be a problem with the language policy.

Just by looking at it I can see its not completely in English, Spanish, or French. Have you provided admin with a full translation?

Jumping in, it's now showing a more fancy suspended account page that isn't one of x10's; in any case the original account on x10hosting is still showing suspended for exceeding 100 emails an hour, so what it looks like is somehow his domain is still pointing to another webhost, and he's suspended there too for some reason.

In any case until staff come by there's not much we can do, the 100 email an hour rule isn't something you can unsuspend yourself for, and staff'll be the ones to check what the contents of the emails were and see if they can remove the suspension.

(I said most of this on IRC to him, just posting it here so everyone knows pretty much what was said )



EDIT: A curiosity though; CacheCheck at openDNS (my DNS provider) shows I'm accessing absolut.x10hosting.com, but the suspended page is orange and blue, not the black x10 "this account has been suspended" page. Curious...Now I'm interested in what's broken

The AIP and his cPanel shows him as suspended, but we had been able to visit his site.
Now his main page has been turned into a redirect with a skeletal page with:

Just been informed on IRC that I'm a moron, the blue/orange suspension page I'm seeing is the -new- cpanel suspension page. So it's not as messed up as I thought, so now we really -are- just waiting for staff since it's x10's suspension page >_<

Nulled software violated US Copyright Law and under US Copyright Law and the x10Hosting Zero Tolerance policy your account can't be unsuspended. Doing so would violate copyright law by essentially making x10 the distributor of illegal software.

Corey doesn't feel like paying that particular bill I'm sure.

Because you've been permanently suspended for violating x10's TOS and US Copyright Law, which x10hosting must obey as the datacenter is located in the USA.

Your account will remain suspended until it is erased, end of story. You've gotten the message from the highest staff member available, so there's nothing you or anyone else can do at this point.
