Can you move my account onto server with a different IP?
Hey, for some reason I can't access my site, http://www.ktemkin.x10hosting.com, or any other server hosted on its server, 70.86.136.178. I've tried 3 live support sessions, and haven't been able to find anything wrong. Other people can access the server, it's not down.
I've tried everything, and my ISP won't let me get a new WAN IP address. So I was wondering, could you guys move my account ktemkin to another server? Or perhaps delete it (I have full backups) and create another account for me on another server?
Oh, and my account is probably suspended from the 2-week thing by now, as I haven't been able to access my CPANEL due to this.
