Can you transfer my account files again please databases and so on.

The account is unusable at the moment nearly everything in cpanel is unusable or gives errors. Tried to even delete oscommerce unable to do that. Have deleted my databases and recreated unable to login to website still. What are x10hosting going to do with all these unusable accounts. Situation has now become so bad it's become comical that this tranfer was supposed to be a great step up for all members but has increased the problems encountered by many more. Something has gone seriously wrong here why not allow access to the old lotus server for those who are affected by this move and have no access to their websites for days now.
