Cancel Account

I have a free hosting account which I would like to cancel, but I can't figure out how. I had a co.cc domain, but I rerouted it to another server when a friend offered me some space there. Now that I rerouted the domain I can't even log into the x10 hosting ftp to delete my old website files.

Does anyone know how to delete an account?

Hi gschneib,

The only way you can delete your account is if you ask an account manager to do it for you. You have come to the right place to do that. Please verify the cPanel username of the hosting account that you would like to terminate. Also, please verify that you have taken all necessary backups of your account information, as once your account is deleted, all files will be lost and unrecoverable.
