cPanel Theme for my login seems to be stuck in a mode that is not reflected in any of the cPanel documentation. I can access as "switch theme" dropdown (not in the location documented); however, cPanel remains stuck in this undocumented theme regardless of which choice I make.
Also, I can not cancel the account. None of the options reflected for "How to cancel your free account" are available to me within this stuck theme. Something really bad seems to have happened and it looks as though it would be better to start again; however, I can not since I can not cancel the account.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
