Cannot acces Cpanel 'Login attempt failed'

Hello everyone,

I am sorry to be a bugger, but I have this problem, everytime I try i get a 'Login Attempt Failed!' message. I cannot log in into Cpanel, everything else is fine though, I can acces my ftp, my account, the website and the forums without trouble. Here are my acount details.

Account Username:edwood

Primary Domain:http://neverendingwall.x10hosting.com

cPanel URL:http://neverendingwall.x10hosting.com:2082

Hosting Type:Ad-Free

Advertisements:None Required

Disk-Space Allotment:300 MB

Bandwidth Allotment:10000 MB

Features:cPanel 10+, MySQL, PHP 5+, CGI, FTP

PHP VersionHP 5.2.4 - Basic, Default

Maybe is something I am doing wrong?

Having reset the password, cpanel still claims login failed.

I've PMed you a new password. Remember that you need to use the username "edwood" to login to cPanel.
