Cannot acces E-mail

I am getting this error while accessing my e-mail account help me in this regard

DATABASE ERROR: CONNECTION FAILED!

Unable to connect to the database!
Please contact your server-administrator.

Try opening your email account in webmail named "Squirrelmail"

Why don't they either fix the problem or remove the two non-working options?
