I have been maintaining a website (http://w1.x10.mx/) for years, and all the pages are intact and display as they should. Some months ago, the cPanel stopped working.
When I log in at https://x10hosting.com/sso/login I am sent to https://x10hosting.com/sso/main that has a button link to open the cPanel. I click to open the cPanel, and I am sent to this page: https://xo3.x10hosting.com:2083/cpsess7497532332/frontend/basic/index.live.php?/manage which says "You don't have any websites added. Create one and begin your online presence today!"
The page has buttons to Add Website" or "Access Backups". When I click to access backups, I am sent to this page: https://xo3.r1softlicenses.com/login.zul?failed=true&cpID=1f5b60f0-6152-494e-8d8c-7c284b690067 which is a login screen that says "You are attempting to log into your cPanel backups from xo3.x10hosting.com." "Authentication failed". It will not accept my password and username.
Apparently, the cPanel is not aware that there is a website with many web pages, but fortunately I can access the file manager to edit the pages when I need to. I do this by clicking on the nav bar for domains, and it shows w1.x10.mx, and /public_html/. When I click on /public_html/, the file manager opens.
Is it possible to get the cPanel working too?
Best wishes,
J_P
