Cannot access both site and cPanel

I've checked the server status and everything is showing online. But I cannot login to my cPanel and I cannot access my site at all. Is my account suspended?

EDIT: Hmm, I just checked server status again and realize HTTP is down. But can admins please confirm whether my account is not suspended? Thanks.

Your account is not suspended, I'm waiting on the DC for an answer on the connectivity issue... I'm in live chat with them right now.

Ok. Thanks for the prompt reply. I've got a question. When you said live chat, are you referring to the CHAT link at the top of the forum? I clicked that but it says another user is logged in with my username and prompts me with a username and password. Any idea why this is happening?

No, that is a separate chat. When I mentioned live chat it was for me talking to the DC(Data Center).
