Cannot access C-panel at all

I cannot access C-panel at all.
I just get a message saying that "the remote server has refused the connection"

My domain is bobthepuppy.exofire.net
The c-panel address is bobthepuppy.exofire.net:2082
User is bnex10

Please be aware of accounts being moved to a different servers. This could also cause you to not be able to log in at a certain time.

I know about the moving, but it's been like this for a few days now.

Also, my site is on the Stoli server. Nobody said anything about Stoli.

They are moving account onto that server.

Are you not able to see it still? I'm also able to see your login. Are you blocking port 2082? Are you trying from work or school?
