Cannot Access Control Panel : Account not found

Hi,

My website was up and running at sunalive.x10hosting.com. But when I try to access my Control Panel, it says no such account exist. I am able to login to Forums and x10hosting Account. But when I login to x10 hosting account, it takes me to the Link Account Screen which shows "In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account", whereas I am using an Ad-Free Account. My username - sunalive. Is it that my account got deleted? All my files gone?

I'm having the EXACT same problem, what's going on now? i have the ad free and it tells me to do some kind of link just like the above post...now my site it down...HELP?
