Cannot Access Control Panel : Account not found

Hi,

My website was up and running at sunalive.x10hosting.com. But when I try to access my Control Panel, it says no such account exist. I am able to login to Forums and x10hosting Account. But when I login to x10 hosting account, it takes me to the Link Account Screen which shows "In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account", whereas I am using an Ad-Free Account. My username - sunalive. Is it that my account got deleted? All my files gone?

It may have been terminated for inactivity. Remember you MUST enter the forum once every two weeks. Wait for an admin to confirm this and then if you want you can create another account.

If you have not accessed the forums in 24 days your account has probably been terminated. I do not find the cpanel username sunalive in the adfree AMS.
