Cannot access control panel

Hello,

I cannot log onto the control panel. I could previosly, but get an error logon attempt failed. I searched previous threads but have not resolved.

Worked for me; Are you entering your user name in all lowercase? You can try logging into your account panel and resetting your password:
http://x10hosting.com/login

If that does not work we can reset it manually.

Thanks for the response. I entered the username and password in small case with no luck. I tried to change my password from the cpanel logon, but did nor receive a notification e-mail. any suggestions?

I can change the password and pm it to you. If you would like a special one i can do that also. Just pm with the password you want or just tell me to change it and i will pm you with the new password.
