Cannot Access CPanel On My Wireless Home Network (Cable)

Anyone know what the reason for this is? I've tried http://tranceop.x10hosting.com:2082 and also http://elitenick.com:2082 and none work. Is there something I need to set or change in my router? Or is this a security setting that's messed it up.

Sounds like the firewall on the router is blocking you. The easiest way to check is to open port 2082 and see if it will allow you to connect.
