Cannot access cPanel, shows "1" instead of cPanel

Hi,

I'm trying to access the cPanel for the first time since the x10 changes that have taken place recently.

When I click 'Switch to cPanel x3' it takes me to a blank white page with the number 1 in the top left corner.

Is this a known issue?
