Cannot Access Cpanel/Site/Ftp

I was getting the "Your IP address is changed" error on the CPanel so I fumbled around a few times with the password/ username, and looked on here because now the site isn't working. I read that apparently you get locked out after 5 failed attempts in 5 minutes (do not know if that has changed), so here is some info on my account to sort this out:
I guess this is the info one would need:
domain: forestofmirrors.x10.mx
login name on Cpanel: infern

I don't know what else would be needed, I'm not used to this :s

I have unblocked your IP address, please be more careful when entering your username/password in the future. Also, you forum account username that is associated with that hosting account is named "infern", please post support requests from that account in the future.
