Cannot access cpanel

Yesterday I was working on my site and it suddenly stopped letting me on cpanel
and anytime I try to access the website now it just brings me to an error screen that
tells me "if you feel you have reached this page in error, please contact the website
owner" which is me but I'm unable to get on the panel to do anything. and it does it
for my visitors too so it's not just my computer having the problem.

I can see your site with no issues. Please follow the following steps in order to ensure the best chance of correcting the issue:
•Clear your browser cache
•Flush your DNS
•Close your browser
•Reopen browser, and clear cache again
•Flush DNS again

Once you've done that, try your site again. If you still get the error, please post back.
