Cannot access Cpanel.

Did you have the ads placed on every page: Yes. Every page except the ones that are htaccess password protected as these are for testing purposes.

Problem:
I can access my site but I cannot access my cpanel. I need access to it urgently to forward the main url to the correct page/file.

Firstly I should explain my problem more clearly. When I tried using both URLs, I get the username and password prompt but I keep getting the prompt back. Maybe indicating that my password is wrong or something. Please advice. Thanks.

UPDATE: Hmm... I just tried something. When I tried my username and password on the login prompt window, it doesn't work. But if I cancel it and try my username and password on the cpanel Login form, it works. Any idea why this is happening?

Update 2: I just tried it with IE and it works fine. Something's probably wrong with my firefox or is anyone else having the same problem?

Firefox is buggy at best with authentication, use the login forms

if that doesn't work, try logging into ftp first, for some reason, when i login to ftp with the same account and password before loggin into cPanel with that info, cPanel will work after that
