I can't access my cpanel, for some reason it keeps saying "login failed"

Here are my settings:

Hosting Package:
Adfree
E-mail: ianmusial@hotmail.com

Account Username:bfc

Primary Domain:http://bfc.x10hosting.com

cPanel URL:http://bfc.x10hosting.com:2082

Why can't I access my cpanel? I've tried multiple passwords I use, and multiple names I use for other things, and everything has failed, can anyone help me with this?

It seems your account has some configuration problems. If you enter: http://bfc.x10hosting.com/ which is your sub-domain, it gives you domain available, when the domain is already taken.
I'll report the problem to an Administrator / Senior Staff.

Thank you so much, please tell me when I am able to access my cpanel, I want to begin rebuilding my old site immediately.

I'm also having this problem, figured I'd comment on this thread instead of starting a new one. I'm able to view my index (which is the default) but I can't login to the Cpanel area; it keeps saying login attempt failed. My account has been confirmed and everything looks okay (my password is correct as well) but I can't do anything besides look at my account info. Could you please help me figure out what the problem is? I'm brand new and very confused.

login name: melanier

Account type: adfree

Thanks alot!
