cannot access cpanel

i get this error when i access my cpanel >> vegatech.x10hosting.com:2082

• Access Denied. Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed at this time. Please contact your service provider if you feel this is incorrect

my username is apachief.

any help regarding this will be greatly appreciated. thanks for your time guys!
